strategies for Studying

There are some strategies of studying should students follow them to success in their school. First, prepare for the lesson before the day of class and read about it to be ready for any new question. Second, take some note while the teacher explains the lesson in the class, because that will help the student to remember what the teacher said or write some important information. Then, do your homework every day, and don’t delay any homework for next day. You should study in a nice place with calm weather and no noisy sounds to focus more in studying.

The Weather

Actually, the weather in Kent is different than in my country. Kent has nice weather in the summer and so cold in the winter. Now a day the weather in Kent is changing every day, and sometime in the morning is cold and after noon is too warm and sometime is raining. The end of day, the weather in Kent is better than in my city in Saudi Arabia, because the weather there is almost hot, so we cannot stay a minute without using A/C and we just see the rain once a year.

Amercican culture

When I arrive to America I noticed many interesting things everywhere. First, they take care of disabilities and get a special treatment every where such as special parking car, special rest room, Automatic door and buses service for them. Second. I admitted that most people respect other people even if I am foreign and they smile when they look at me. Last, some of American likes to compliment other people about what they have or what they wear.  

spring break

I want to go to Chicago with my family in spring Break. Chicago is the third best city in the world. It is not far away from Kent. Many of my friends visited it and advised me to go there. It is very nice city. I hope to go there and spend interesting time, and happy time with my family in Chicago.

Type of home

I prefer to live in a large house sheared with a large family in my city. I like to live with my family in the same house. I cannot live without them, because I like to share my live with my brothers and sisters. Also, I do not like to alone, because I am afraid when I stay alone in the house. In addition, my son loves to stay with his grandparents, when I am at school, so I prefer to live with my family.

English Skill

I like to learn English language because I can use it everywhere when I talk with people. There are some skills in English language I like to learn it. First all, speaking is easy for me, and I like to learn many words, so I can use them every day. On the other hand, Reading is the hardest for me, and I do not like to read, because it is very difficult for me, and I do not understand the meaning of some words when I read quickly.
